Alongside the aromatic, buttery flavors of our focaccia, our sourdough breads are fermented for three days, enhancing both their taste and nutritional benefits. Our 3-day long-fermented sourdough is more easily digestible, has a lower glycemic index, improved and dynamic flavor, and offers better nutrient absorption than standard breads. It offers incredible health benefits without sacrificing delicious taste!
