Our lavender is Lavandula × intermedia (lavandin), a vigorous intermedia variety well suited to the growing conditions of North Carolina. Each bundle is carefully harvested and naturally dried to preserve its beautiful purple blooms and rich, aromatic fragrance.

At approximately 100 grams per bundle, these are generous bunches perfect for displaying in a vase, adding to dried floral arrangements, hanging throughout the home, making bath salts, flavored sugars, making eye pillows, or using for crafts and sachets.

For decorative and aromatic use. Our lavender is a fragrant Lavandula × intermedia (lavandin) variety, known for its bold, distinctive flavor and aroma. It is also edible and can be used in teas, cooking, and baking if you enjoy a stronger lavender flavor. Because lavandin is more robust and camphorous than traditional culinary English lavender, we recommend using it sparingly—a little goes a long way.
