What are Botanical Bitters?
Bitters are concentrated herbal extracts traditionally used to support digestion, balance the nervous system, and enhance flavor in beverages. Made by steeping herbs in alcohol, bitters deliver both the medicinal properties and the unique taste profiles of the plants—earthy, floral, citrusy, or aromatic.
For centuries, people have sipped bitters before or after meals to:
