Any teas can used to make iced tea, but it just depends on the flavor profile you prefer. Use any of these 3 different methods to make iced tea.

For the “Hot Brew Method”- Create a hot tea like you normally would, but with double the amount of tea leaves. Add cold water and serve over ice.

For the “Cold Brew Method”- Combine the tea and water in a pitcher and refrigerate for 8-12 hours. This will make the tea less bitter.
