Our pasture-raised chicken eggs come from hens that live the way chickens were meant to live — roaming open pasture, scratching in the soil, basking in the sun, and supplementing their diet with grasses, seeds, and insects. We use Sunrise Farms non-gmo soy-free layer feed for our chickens to ensure the highest quality diet. The result is an egg that looks and tastes different. Deep golden yolks. Firm, resilient whites. At Saint Basil Farm, our hens are moved regularly onto fresh pasture and cared for with intention.
