Description

Have you ever been interested in making herbal tinctures, building your own herbal medicine cabinet or learning the art of making plant-based remedies? Join Olympia from Saint Basil Farm for a cozy, hands-on evening exploring the world of medicinal herbs and tincture-making.

In this 1.5-hour workshop, Olympia — a board-certified holistic nutritionist — will guide you step-by-step through creating your own tincture. You’ll learn the differences between tinctures, hot and cold infusions, salves, medicinal syrups, and more. Then, you’ll get to craft your own herbal tincture in class — your choice of a Gut Repair blend or Echinacea for immune support.

Sip herbal tea as we create together, connect with like-minded friends, and browse the beautiful offerings at Crafted Kitchen & Market. You’ll leave with your own handmade tincture, clear instructions, and the confidence to continue making herbal remedies at home.

Whether you’re brand new to herbalism or looking to deepen your practice, this class will leave you inspired, grounded, and empowered to bring natural wellness into your daily rhythm.
