Ingredients: organic Greek mountain tea, organic German chamomile, organic rose petals, organic lavender

Instructions: Using a tea infuser, steep 1 generous teaspoon loose leaf tea into 8 oz hot water (200-212°F) for 5-7 minutes. For more therapeutic effects, steep for up to 30 minutes.
