Ingredients: organic Assam black tea, vanilla black tea (natural flavors), organic marshmallow root, calendula, organic marigold, organic sunflower petals, bergamot essential oil

Instructions: Using a tea infuser, steep 1 generous teaspoon loose leaf tea into 8 oz hot water (200–212°F) for 4–5 minutes. Add milk or sugar of choice if desired.
