    Ingredients: organic marshmallow root, organic licorice root, organic mullein leaf, organic ginger root, organic cinnamon chips

    Instructions: Using a tea infuser, steep 1-2 generous teaspoons loose leaf tea into 8 oz hot water (200-212°F) for 5-10 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups daily when experiencing symptoms.
